Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying mental health needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Manage initial comprehensive patient and family assessments, triaging care appropriately to refer clients to specialized services as needed.

• Document treatment interventions and communicate effectively with staff during patient rounds, ensuring all team members are informed about ongoing cases and treatment plans.

• Utilize your clinical skills to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across all age groups, demonstrating a strong competency in diverse mental health challenges.

• Provide case management and collaborate with hospital and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care for assigned patients, integrating various services to achieve therapeutic goals.

• Complete ethically sound documentation in a timely manner, in line with departmental standards and organizational policies.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual client's service plan.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, based on client needs and your availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with your experience and credentials.
