The duties of the Staff Accountant include but are not limited to: Prepare and review income tax returns for: Individuals, Partnerships, S Corporations, & C Corporations Prepare & submit sales tax filings Respond to Federal & State notices Communicate with clients Job Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge and/or experience with tax returns Detailed & results oriented Being a team player in the office environment Flexibility to work additional hours as needed during the tax season Superior integrity Able to stay focused in stressful situations Able to communicate effectively (written & verbal) internally as well as externally with clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
