Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop integrated care plans for clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate timely communication between clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques to support clients during critical moments.

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as necessary to align with client goals and needs.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at improving agency service delivery and quality of care.

• Ensure all documentation, reports, and data submissions are completed timely and in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Provide on-call support during or after program hours as needed to ensure client needs are met around the clock.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse client base, predominantly from underserved communities within the Dallas area. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
