Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services to clients, including assessment and treatment of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your approach.

• Create, update, and implement customized treatment plans that reflect the specific progress and requirements of each client.

• Maintain detailed and confidential case notes to track client progress, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Stay informed about the latest best practices and changes in mental health regulations to enhance service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies when faced with urgent mental health situations, ensuring a swift and effective response for clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals from various age groups, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds. The clients you support may face challenges related to life transitions, loss, stress management, and a variety of mental health disorders. With your expertise, you will guide clients in finding effective coping strategies and cultivating resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related therapeutic field.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.

• Understanding of local mental health resources and the ability to connect clients to additional support services.

• Capability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care. Knowledge of telehealth best practices and experience working remotely will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
