Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs, strengths, and challenges, which serve as the foundation for individual treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, or other modalities conducive to individual and group settings.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational groups designed to educate clients on mental health issues, stigma reduction, and coping strategies, fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate directly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and various healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring effective management of acute mental health crises through both verbal de-escalation strategies and emergency protocol adherence.

• Maintain accurate and secure patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and enhance collective knowledge of therapeutic practices.

• Stay abreast of contemporary research developments and field advancements, ensuring treatment practices are both innovative and informed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for chronic mental health conditions, those recovering from substance abuse, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive space for healing and growth while incorporating culturally sensitive practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans through assessments and progress evaluations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathetic listening and client engagement.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software and telehealth technology platforms.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional ethics.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
