This position offers a unique remote working environment based in Alexandria, Virginia, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance. While this role primarily involves telehealth services, you may also participate in in-person consultations within our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and tailor individualized therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client through thorough evaluations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring each session is designed to encourage progress and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to provide a holistic approach to client care, thereby enhancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is essential, ideally within a clinical context.

• Demonstrated competence in therapeutic approaches such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, accompanied by a generous bonus structure.
