Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to capture the unique experiences and needs of each patient, allowing you to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific concerns.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, working to address a wide range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to relational problems and trauma recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s care, providing integrated support and resources.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your training to defuse high-stress situations while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
