Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify their needs, challenges, and goals.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on assessment results in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their voices are heard in the process.

• Deliver both individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, helping clients address a diverse range of mental health issues, from depression and anxiety to relationship dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

As an LMFT at Presence Multicultural Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele across various demographics. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
