Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position that offers the flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments while providing quality care to our clients. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate patient sessions. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including other therapists, psychiatrists, and administrative staff dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for patients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and ensure continuity in treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support and resources to patients in distress during mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven expertise in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare team members.

• Ability to adhere to professional ethics and maintain strong professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
