Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive group sessions that encourage open dialogue and foster peer support among clients. Guide discussions to enhance self-awareness and community building.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized therapy sessions to help clients explore their emotional landscapes and develop constructive coping mechanisms tailored to their unique experiences.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate actionable and individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and aspirations.

• Progress Evaluation: Utilize various assessment methods to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, coordinating care and providing comprehensive support for shared clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating challenges related to mental health. This demographic often faces transitional phases in their life, making our evidence-based treatment approaches critical in facilitating their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication with clients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in recognizing and rewarding our passionate professionals. The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
