Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address client needs.

• Deliver group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions, adapting your approach to suit each client's unique context and background.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and ongoing support for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population served includes individuals and families facing mental health challenges with limited access to services. You will work with clients of various backgrounds, supporting those experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
