Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Engage in group therapy sessions and family counseling to address collective issues and facilitate improved communication among clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve individuals and families who experience limited access to mental health services, including those dealing with a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The goal is to ensure that every client receives personalized care aimed at empowering them to achieve mental wellness and improved life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling position, preferably within a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of ethical practices, legal standards, and the mental health landscape.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
