Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Although the role is primarily based from home, you will have the opportunity to connect with a diverse client population through virtual platforms. Our work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client base in Laredo and surrounding areas, including individuals grappling with trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety. You will be tasked with building meaningful therapeutic relationships, understanding the unique challenges faced by clients from various backgrounds, and implementing interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A demonstrated ability to conduct individual and group therapy within mental health contexts.

• Proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models.

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with potential performance-based bonuses.
