Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ needs, creating individualized therapy plans based on comprehensive data.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, ensuring treatment effectiveness.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy tailored to each client’s situation.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Actively engage in professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
