This position offers a fully remote working arrangement, allowing for flexibility and convenience in managing your work-life balance. Your primary role will focus on providing telehealth services during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health landscape.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Deliver education and support to clients and their families, facilitating discussions on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective coping strategies.
\n
• Monitor client progress systematically, providing adjustments to treatment plans based on continuous assessments and ongoing feedback.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to integrate care, ensuring a well-rounded therapeutic approach for each client.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to ensure the most up-to-date care is provided.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments, adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings aimed at sharing insights and enhancing the therapeutic process.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, contributing to public awareness and the reduction of stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Your role is pivotal in supporting these clients through their recovery journeys, helping them navigate their symptoms and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is essential to practice.
\n
• Possess a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies specifically for mood disorders, including both CBT and DBT.
\n
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other health care professionals.

• A proven track record of achieving successful therapeutic outcomes with clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse client base empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not strictly required.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms that facilitate effective remote therapy sessions.
