This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct counseling sessions via telehealth. The workweek typically runs from Monday to Friday, with a standard schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, although there may be occasional evening or weekend appointments based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our clinical team, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues. Our holistic approach emphasizes tailoring treatment to each client's unique life experiences, ensuring they receive the most appropriate and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling is required.
\n
• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional certifications in specialty areas such as trauma, anxiety, or family therapy.

• Experience in telehealth delivery of therapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency in a virtual counseling environment.
