Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, providing consultation for behavioral guidelines and medication treatment as necessary.

• Implement and utilize evidence-based screening tools guided by the clinical team, actively engaging in client evaluations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, facilitating access to resources that benefit clients.

Qualifications\n

• Required: Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
