Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Provide personalized individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals, adjusting these plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to devise and execute client-centered treatment protocols tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records of patient progress, session notes, and treatment interventions are consistently updated.

In this role, you will work primarily with patients undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often facing complex mental health challenges accompanying their substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
