Work Environment\n

The role will be entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to create your own workspace while working alongside a supportive team. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring effective communication and support for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Winter Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship concerns. Your role is pivotal in providing culturally competent care that respects and understands the individual backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Mental health licensure in New York State (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is mandatory.
