Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient facility. Although primarily working from home, you will engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and fellow counselors, fostering an atmosphere of support and professional growth. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs, strengths, and goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention during substance-related emergencies, acting swiftly to ensure patient safety and security.

• Educate patients and their families on addiction, recovery strategies, and available community resources to empower them throughout the healing process.

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential patient documentation in line with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest treatment trends and research in the field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year. In addition to a generous base salary, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
