Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for multiple clients.
• Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Support year-end closing processes and audits.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding their financial status.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bank recs, data entry, sales tax.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality.
