Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in a telehealth capacity. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and mental health assessment tools will be advantageous. A solid understanding of treatment modalities tailored to trauma, anxiety, and depression is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We provide comprehensive administrative support, taking care of scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing therapists to focus on direct client care.
