Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to determine individualized therapy strategies that align with each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups including families, individuals, and couples, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in documentation and client interactions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, contributing to a holistic treatment environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate are strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to the counseling profession.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is a plus.
