Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those enrolled in their Master’s programs, nurturing the next generation of mental health therapists.

• Deliver effective psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, using various therapeutic modalities to enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Contribute meaningfully to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
