Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Wage Range: Hourly
Department: Administrative
Reports to: Controller
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned) :
- Answers and transfer a high volume of phone calls to all departments.
- Screen internet-based sales leads and in bound calls for new customers and distributing according to company practice and inputting into CRM database.
- Welcomes and directs visitors, customers, and suppliers.
- Provides customer service for onsite product pick up.
- Copies, files, retrieves materials, and maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Assemble marketing materials for distribution to customers.
- Update daily administrative spreadsheets.
- Input high volume of part orders for the company.
- Invoicing completed part orders.
- Assist Sales Team Members with mailings and customer paperwork.
- Supports and conforms to Quality Management System requirements as defined by CEG and ISO 9001:2015.

Education and/or Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Basic understanding of office equipment.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping & filing.
- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
