Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Wage Range: Hourly

Department: Administrative

Reports to: Controller

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned) :

• Answers and transfer a high volume of phone calls to all departments.
• Screen internet-based sales leads and in bound calls for new customers and distributing according to company practice and inputting into CRM database.
• Welcomes and directs visitors, customers, and suppliers.
• Provides customer service for onsite product pick up.
• Copies, files, retrieves materials, and maintains filing systems as assigned.
• Assemble marketing materials for distribution to customers.
• Update daily administrative spreadsheets.
• Input high volume of part orders for the company.
• Invoicing completed part orders.
• Assist Sales Team Members with mailings and customer paperwork.
• Supports and conforms to Quality Management System requirements as defined by CEG and ISO 9001:2015.

None of this material or information may be divulged or passed on to any outside source by the employee either during or after employment with the Company.

Education and/or Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Basic understanding of office equipment.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping & filing.
• Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
