Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hopeful Steps, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, ensuring clear communication and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, employing techniques to de-escalate situations and provide clients with immediate coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards within the field.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, each presenting unique mental health needs. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
