Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and needs, using tools and frameworks such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and address the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor and continually assess patients’ progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to support effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical information, in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect desired outcomes and care strategies.

• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

• Coordinate referrals to other services as necessary, maintaining effective communication with external treatment providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing care to individuals and families affected by cancer diagnoses. You will work closely with patients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored support, helping them navigate their mental health journey through evidence-based therapeutic methodologies. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, complemented by a range of attractive benefits, including:
