Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide empathetic and ethical mental health counseling sessions through a user-friendly digital platform.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique challenges and goals.

• Engage in regular follow-up consultations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity adults who are looking to improve their mental health and enhance their quality of life. Clients may seek counseling for anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, or life transitions. Your role in guiding these individuals toward healthier coping mechanisms and personal growth is vital in helping them achieve their desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience providing counseling services independently, with no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology relevant to telehealth counseling.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to conduct remote sessions seamlessly.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome a broad range of applicants, candidates with previous experience in telehealth counseling or those familiar with electronic health records (EHR) systems may find it easier to adapt to our workflows. Additionally, those with experience addressing diverse client populations will enrich our growing practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
