This position operates in a remote setting, leveraging telehealth to connect with clients via video conferencing and secure messaging through our Simple Practice platform. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population including teens, adults, and couples, each with unique experiences and challenges. Your expertise will guide clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, and life transitions. The telehealth format not only expands your reach to clients in Knoxville, Tennessee, but also to those in surrounding areas who may have limited access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Strong foundational skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional therapeutic contexts.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a generous fee split with zero overhead costs, you will benefit from the following:
