Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload, maintaining professional relationships with clients while upholding high ethical standards and boundaries.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment objectives, in alignment with agency policies.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's history, presenting problems, and service needs.

• Hold individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Unrestricted and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in New Jersey.

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for managing client records and scheduling.
