Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, identifying the most pressing concerns of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific goals and needs of each client, ensuring an integrated approach to their recovery journey.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices that foster personal insight and encourage open communication.

• Educate clients on coping strategies and self-care techniques, equipping them with the tools necessary for managing stress and emotional challenges.

• Track and evaluate clients’ progress through regular follow-ups to adjust treatment plans and maintain accountability for their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and caseload.
