Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those with limited access to care. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
