Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and manage the clinical care of patients, demonstrating proficiency in assessments and treatment planning.

• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions tailored to meet patients’ specific psychological needs, while documenting treatment plans and progress meticulously.

• Maintain a diverse caseload, working with individuals facing a range of psychological issues, ensuring each client receives personalized support.

• Evaluate patients and families for potential psychological interventions and collaborate with them to develop effective resolution plans.

• Use advanced clinical skills to address crisis interventions and provide therapeutic support to patients and their families.

• Administer comprehensive mental health evaluations and incorporate the findings into holistic treatment strategies.

• Prepare and update treatment outlines, progress notes, and revisions as necessary, continuously adapting to meet the changing needs of your clients.

• Facilitate educational and supportive programs for patients and their families, empowering them with resources and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of patients, encompassing different age groups and backgrounds, all with unique mental health needs. Your therapeutic approach will cater to individuals with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. We emphasize client engagement and empowerment, striving to develop therapeutic alliances that foster trust and facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in utilizing digital platforms for teletherapy, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, and advanced training in crisis intervention techniques are highly advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of community resources and referral processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate for part-time employees, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, and performance-based bonuses of up to $2,000, depending on state licensure.
