Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Vibrant Health Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the treatment needs of individuals, continuously evaluating their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adults 18 years and older who may face barriers to community stability and independence due to mental health issues. You will work collaboratively with clients experiencing a range of conditions, providing empathetic support and therapeutic intervention that helps them regain control over their lives.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure from the state board, including at least one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, supported by a history of ethical practice free from disciplinary actions.

• Solid interpersonal skills paired with a caring nature, enabling effective client engagement and rapport building.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and a reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual sessions.
