Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and strengths.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy dynamics that promote learning and healing.

• Continuously monitor client progress, altering treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when needed, offering immediate support to clients facing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is current and complete.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous learning by participating in professional development opportunities and staying updated with current mental health research and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from varying backgrounds, ages, and cultures, providing you with a rich and rewarding experience as you help them navigate their unique paths toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Active and unencumbered state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on empathy and compassion.

• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• Comprehension of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, with a focus on individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside potential performance-based bonuses. In addition to the financial compensation, we provide:
