Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients. This may include standardized testing and clinical interviews.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals, taking into account their personal history and presenting issues.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques during individual, family, or group therapy sessions.

• Monitor clients' progress through ongoing evaluations and modify treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and instill a sense of safety and resilience in clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive treatment approach for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending trainings and staying current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
