Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to clients' unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. For instance, during sessions, you might guide clients through cognitive restructuring exercises to help them reframe negative thinking patterns.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support among clients facing similar challenges, fostering a collaborative healing atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
