Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions focused on mental health challenges, relationship dynamics, and behavioral issues.

• Encourage clients to identify their feelings and thought patterns through guided questioning and reflective listening.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, addressing issues such as family relationship disruptions and destructive behavioral patterns.

• Utilize telemedicine platforms for patient care, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, therapy sessions, and treatment recommendations in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a demonstrated capacity to handle diverse client needs.

• Proficiency in telemedicine technology and a comfortable aptitude for video-conferencing software.

• Strong understanding of clinical diagnosis, treatment protocols, and rehabilitation strategies related to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
