Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assessing new client histories and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Engage in clinical consultations with the Clinical Director to enhance program initiatives, ensuring optimal therapeutic experiences for all clients.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing expertise alongside psychiatric providers and fellow clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Provide continuous assessment and documentation of client progress using approved digital platforms, allowing clear visibility into treatment effectiveness and outcomes.
\n
• Evaluate the impact of therapeutic interventions and teaching, maintaining detailed records that inform future treatment strategies.

• Fulfill additional duties beyond the outlined responsibilities, as directed by clinical leadership, that contribute to team objectives and the welfare of the clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including children, families, and individuals across the lifespan facing a variety of mental health challenges, including developmental differences and emotional disturbances. You will leverage your expertise in empirically supported treatment modalities to address the multifaceted needs of these clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington.

• A strong commitment to health equity and culturally competent care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.

• A solid foundation in a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy treatment methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and social constructionism.

Compensation and Benefits\n
