Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and requirements.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's personal goals, preferences, and mental health status.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches that empower clients towards self-discovery and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute challenges, ensuring they receive timely support.

• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring confidentiality and high quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated qualities of compassion, empathy, and an unwavering non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure prompt responses and effective scheduling with clients.

• No disciplinary actions on license history.
