Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Zenea Care, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, to determine their mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing appropriate graduate-level clinical interventions based on assessment results, ensuring alignment with the latest evidence-based practices.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration by liaising with other health care professionals and participating in team meetings to discuss client care and progress.
\n
• Effectively documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other client interactions as required, maintaining the highest level of ethical standards and attention to detail.

• Providing comprehensive case management services by connecting clients with community resources and programs, supporting their overall well-being.

• Specifically delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities to empower clients in achieving their goals as stated in their individualized service plans.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or LSCSW in the State of Kansas.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and sensitivity in dealing with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will also have:

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, including competency in providing teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
