Job Responsibilities

• Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise routines
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure cohesive patient care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Any specialized certifications (e.g., neurological or geriatric therapy) will be an advantage but are not mandatory

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience is highly favored
