What we're looking for 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology. You've done this before and have the wins to show for it. Proven track record owning the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiating, closing, activating, and growing partnerships that move the needle on adoption, distribution, and revenue. Comfortable navigating complex technical requirements and workflows. You can hold your own in product and engineering conversations and translate partner opportunities into concrete outcomes. High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity, unblock yourself and others, and drive initiatives forward without waiting for a perfect brief. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives. Preferred: Experience in AI or developer tooling; existing relationships within the B2B SaaS or platform ecosystem. What you'll do Own the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying and sourcing new partner types to negotiating, closing, and driving long-term growth across the relationship. Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across verticals including product and platform integrations, distribution channels, infrastructure providers, and service delivery partners. Design and scale partnership programs and models that create repeatable, measurable impact, not just one-off deals. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales to turn partner opportunities into shipped integrations, joint go-to-market motions, and real user adoption. Represent Lovable externally at the executive level, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners, platforms, and ecosystem stakeholders. Track and report on partnership performance against adoption, distribution, and revenue metrics, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
