Job Details Position: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Setting: Float Pool / Med-Surg Telemetry / Acute Care Start Date: 10/4/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Location: Salem, MA 01970 Schedule Notes: Eves and every other weekend; rotating day/evening coverage with occasional night rotations Charting System: EPIC Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification At least 1 year of relevant acute care, telemetry nursing, or med-surg experience required 2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred 2 years of traveler experience preferred Strong telemetry monitoring skills, including rhythm interpretation and interval measurement Experience with cardiac drips and reading telemetry strips Ability to work in a float pool environment and adapt to multiple inpatient units Comfort working with high-acuity and diverse patient populations Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care across multiple Med-Surg Telemetry units Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips every 4 hours as directed Administer and manage cardiac drips and other telemetry-related therapies Float between assigned inpatient units and respond to changing patient needs Care for a varied patient population, including ED border patients and transfer-ready ICU patients Support medication administration in appropriate care areas as needed Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain excellent patient outcomes Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC Why Consider This Massachusetts Nursing Job?
