Job Details Position: Telemetry Registered Nurse (Travel RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Setting: Hospital Float Pool / Med-Surg Telemetry / Acute Care Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours Per Week: 36 Duration: 13 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Location: Salem, MA 01970 Start Date: 10/04/2026 Charting System: EPIC Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification required At least 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location preferred At least 2 years of travel nurse experience preferred Telemetry monitoring experience, including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours Experience with cardiac drips and TR Band Ability and willingness to float between multiple inpatient units throughout the hospital Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and confidence in a fast-paced telemetry nursing environment Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in telemetry, med/surg, and float pool settings Monitor cardiac rhythms and accurately interpret telemetry strips Manage cardiac drips and support patients requiring close cardiac observation Float among multiple hospital units as needed based on patient care needs Care for a variety of patient populations, including ED border patients and transfer-ready ICU patients Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC Adapt quickly to changing patient needs, unit priorities, and workflow demands Ready to take the next step in your Massachusetts travel nursing career?
