Travel Nurse Job Details Position: Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: 41-bed Medical Telemetry Unit Location: Salem, MA Assignment Length: 13 weeks Schedule: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Hours per Week: 36 Shift Pattern: Nights with every other weekend coverage Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 to $2,010 Charting System: EPIC Floating: Required to applicable units as needed Telemetry RN Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in one location Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips Experience with cardiac telemetry, cardiac drips, TR bands, and high-flow oxygen Strong clinical skills in a medical telemetry environment Experience caring for diverse patient populations, including cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use, GU, and GI cases Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced medical setting Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips accurately Administer and manage cardiac drips and other ordered therapies Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care Collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when needed Document care and patient status accurately in EPIC Float to applicable units based on staffing needs Apply now for this Tele RN travel nursing job in Salem, MA, and join a healthcare team dedicated to quality cardiac and telemetry care.
