Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in the office and within the community.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care, ensuring that treatment plans are fully tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop integrated care plans, ensuring patients have access to necessary services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, working closely with clients to address their unique challenges.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as required, ensuring safety and support for clients in distress.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, utilizing data and feedback to improve personal performance and client outcomes.

• Participate in committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals coping with terminal illness and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with a focus on mental health, counseling, or social work in a hospice or similar setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
