Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify mental health needs, strengths, and available resources for each student.

• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each student’s unique goals and requirements.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to formulate comprehensive care strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and comprehensive risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to empower students and families with coping strategies.

• Document clinical progress accurately and in compliance with both ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Maintain ongoing communication with external service providers to ensure continuity of care across multiple environments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
