Work Environment\n

Working remotely from the comfort of your own home, you will engage with our clients via a telehealth platform that allows for efficient therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and security. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to serve a diverse caseload from different backgrounds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, adapting strategies to each individual’s unique situation.

• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate on a regular basis with multidisciplinary teams, including colleagues and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Engage in clinical supervision and continuous professional development, including workshops and training to enhance your skills.

• Uphold ethical standards and provide culturally sensitive treatment to clients, ensuring an inclusive approach in your practice.

As an LPC at Cedarbrook Clinical Partners, you will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients include adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for issues ranging from emotional distress to life transitions. You will play a crucial role in their journey toward recovery, providing the necessary tools and support to facilitate healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LPC license in the state of New Jersey is required.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a particular focus on evidenced-based practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, employing a client-centered methodology in all interactions.

• Experience utilizing EHR systems and providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and caseload, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
