Our operational hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle and commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patients' trauma histories, thereby identifying suitable treatment strategies to aid their recovery.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and the development of resilience skills.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists and various healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care approach for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing your training and experience to navigate high-pressure scenarios.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies while guiding them to additional resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Regularly participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care to stay updated with best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
